Born from a conviction that this could be done better
Danon & Co was founded on a single frustration: the most extraordinary private homes in Greece were being offered to travelers as if they were hotel rooms — booked at a distance, delivered without context, and supported with indifference.
We built something different. A company whose entire purpose is to match the right villa to the right family, with the knowledge and care that transforms a rental into a memory. A decade later, that conviction has not changed. It has only deepened.

Luxury, when it works, appears effortless. What you don’t see is the precision that makes it so. Every villa in our collection has been personally visited by our team. Every enquiry is handled by a person who knows that property — and those like it — by experience, not by listing.

We visit each property before it enters our portfolio. What photographs beautifully does not always feel beautiful. We trust the latter.
We turn properties down
Roughly one in three properties we assess does not make it into our collection. We consider this our most important service.
